No one exactly knows when the next Google PR update will occur but we can guess from the history of PR updates. It is seen that Google updates the toolbar page ranks after every 3-4 months. According to these observations, here are the guessed dates of next Google page rank updates, for year 2010:
1st PageRank (PR) Update: 31 March 2010
2nd PageRank (PR) Update: 31 June 2010
3rd PageRank (PR) Update: 31 September 2010
4th PageRank (PR) Update: 31 December 2010
Again these are only assumptions and may or may not be true 
For increase in Google Page Rank, you need to get good PR backlinks from different domains or websites. Try to get the backlinks for different keywords for your domain. For example if you have a jewelry website then you should get the backlinks to different pages of your website like camilla beads, pandora style beads, pandora charms store locator, etc etc. Create backlinks not only for your home page but also for every page of your website. Please note that the website PR is not important when you are talking about search engine rankings and earn online money.
